Ocean House is pleased to partner with BMW to deliver a one-of-a-kind driving experience to our guests. Picture yourself touring the beautiful New England coast behind the wheel of one of BMW’s most exciting models—from the athletic and engaging 8-Series convertible to the powerful and luxurious fully electric i7 sedan. As part of the BMW Test Drive program, guests of Ocean House and Watch Hill Inn have the opportunity to borrow from a fleet of BMW vehicles without charge.
Choose one of three times daily—7:00 a.m. to Noon, Noon to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.—and explore the breadth of attractions our location affords. Enjoy stunning views of the famous Newport mansions, explore the underwater world of the Mystic Aquarium, relax with a glass of wine at Jonathan Edwards Winery and Saltwater Farm Vineyard, two stops along the Connecticut Wine Trail, or delight in the culinary offerings of area restaurants such as South Kingstown’s Matunuck Oyster Bar.
A BMW X7 SUV hotel car is available for guests who require transportation during their visit, whether to Westerly Train Station or to dine at Ocean House’s sister property, Weekapaug Inn.

Availability
Cars are complimentary for guest use and are available on a first-come, first-served basis from:
- 7:00 a.m. to Noon
- Noon to 5:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.
Please visit the front desk to check availability and complete registration. Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
