Who said that nachos can't be healthy?! Our Food Forager Janice McEachen showed us that snacking the healthy way is as easy, tasty and convenient as the other one. During our Farm + Vine Class yesterday, September 14th, she showed us how to prepare two types of salsa with all local and seasonal ingredients, paired with organic white corn nachos!
