Artist in Residence

The art collection at the Ocean House, from the lobby down to the OH! Spa and Gallery Foyer, portrays a range of distinctive styles including realism, naturalism and impressionism.

To continue our desire to share great works of art, we host an Artist in Residence program in collaboration with various prestigious art galleries around the region. Each week a local artist, selected for their unparalleled talent and national recognition, will take residence next door to the Ocean House in our Artist’s Cottage. During a Friday evening reception, guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist and view some of their work on display in the Living Room. From Friday to Sunday, catch a glimpse of the artist in action creating a masterpiece, using the Ocean House as the backdrop. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, guests can participate in a class hosted by the featured artist.
